After working with Alex for the past 5 years, I’ve learned to embrace my success as an advancing emergency veterinarian and to own my success and also my mistakes.
So if you are losing motivation or you've got the motivation and you just don’t know what to do with it, then Alex truly has the tools and the lifetime of knowledge to help you succeed.
I can’t count the number of times that I’ve called her with a new crazy idea or just to check something.
I know that with her support, I can take that leap of faith.
The other most valuable thing about working with Alex is that she gives you honest feedback, and it’s this honest feedback which is most important.
It allows you to grow and improve but she does it in the kindest way.
It is no secret that working in the veterinary industry is hard and we all aim to for that elusive success in our work and in our personal lives.
When I met Alex I was in vet school and here I
am working alongside her five years later. She mentored me through vet school and into my career as a new graduate going straight into being an emergency veterinarian. And the biggest lesson she has taught me is that mentality and mental strength is everything and sometimes you have to forget
what people are going to think to achieve success.
Alex is supportive, courageous and inspiring. And you’ll know with her by your side that your goals never seem too big.
